Doesn't look like anything happened, except that in the name box, we now see a print area instead of the active cell of A1. then click Print Area, and click Set Print Area. In this case I will include A1 through C8 by selecting them and then go to the Page Layout tab of the ribbon. To define a print area, select the cells that you want to print. And then also, cells A10 through D15 for the second area. And let's say that I have two separate print areas here, and the first is Category Goals and Actual, which would be from A1, to B8, or actually I should probably do C8 just to include all the text in cell A. The first are the goals for the year 2018, and then actual sales for the years 2016 through 2018. In this workbook, I have two sets of data. You can find it in the chapter 10 folder, of your exercise files collection. And my sample file is the Print Areas Workbook. In this movie, I will show you how to create and remove print areas. If that's the case, you can define a print area, to limit the data that you print. Sometimes when you print a worksheet, you only want to print part of its contents.
